 Mr. Velotto, as I knew him when I was young, was a well known teacher during the 1960’s. When my brother attended the Junior High School, as it was known when he went to State Street School in the early 1960’s, and then it was called the Middle School when I went to State Street School in the late 1960’s.

Sometimes, the only time we find out a man’s service is when he passes and others record his history.
